Washington State Park Wedding Venues

Seattle and Washington State have plenty of beautiful mountain or coastal wedding venues so you can have all your friends and family celebrate with you at your dream location for adventurous wedding photography.

And what I love about state park wedding venues, is you can still hit the trails for your wedding portraits, and have a unique outdoor wedding ceremony surrounded by your family and friends.

You can still have an adventurous wedding, without eloping, if that is what you dream for your wedding day.  Adventure weddings are perfect for the couple who want a day that celebrates them equally, and want to have a unique ceremony that differs from what the traditional wedding industry tells you your wedding day should look like.

Here are some Washington State Park Wedding Venues you should book for your wedding day!

Kitsap Memorial State Park Wedding Venue

Kitsap Memorial State Park

This popular wedding venue, is one of my absolute favorites. The old fashioned log hall can accommodate 175 guests for your wedding reception. There is a Log Pavillion that can be used for a happy hour, or a sheltered outdoor ceremony. There is plenty of space in the woods for a ceremony in the forrest. Four cabins are onsite that are available to reserve overnight, including one that is the Hospitality House, perfect getting ready spot, and honeymoon cabin.

Fort Worden Historical State Park

Fort Worden Historical State Park

Located in Port Townsend WA, Fort Worden Historical State Park is 432-acres, with plenty of accommodation, ceremony, and reception options, based on the size of your event. They even have catering options, so you don’t have to DIY everything.

For weddings of up to 75 guests, the Emel House, a vintage 1911 home has a beautiful garden setting for your romantic wedding. Views of Hood Canal, rhododendrons in the spring, and beachfront make this a perfect PNW spot to say your vows.
