Shanae & Chet | Franklin Falls

Last week was so good for the soul. I love hiking with the couples I get to photograph. When Chet asked Shanae to marry him, they were at a Snoqualmie Falls. So it seemed fitting that their engagement session would take place at the basin of a waterfall. We hiked to Franklin Falls for their engagement photography. It was a gorgeous sunny afternoon, as we followed the trail under a canopy of trees that lead us to this impressive waterfall. Before leaving the area, I captured some of my favorite images of Shanae & Chet together with the mountain range in the background, filled with adventure and romance. I'm eager to photograph their wedding in the fall at the Pacific Tower in Seattle. Until then, I'll just continue swooning over the images from this lovely day.
